I’m way too sad today and when I am sad I crave for sweet stuff apart from the sweet stuff I like writing things down, one friend always said it good to write down your problems because you never know if you find a solution to it. I write down what I feel like but as I m craving for writing and for eating something sweet I have decided to just write down 2 recipes for you, see this is my type of solution.

First of all, I would share my mom’s favorite dessert that can be cooked on a grill that’s grilled pineapple or I must say the sweetest of all brown sugar grilled pineapple, I know now why she loves it this much. Want to know why? Then just follow all my instructions and make it, know yourself.

Brown sugar grilled pineapple

Ingredients required-

  1. Brown sugar
  2. Cinnamon
  3. pineapple

Directions-

  1. for this dish, you need to prepare your outdoor grill.
  2. Put some oil on the grate of your outdoor grill
  3. The heat must be medium
  4. Take a medium size bowl and add cinnamon and sugar in it and mix both of them.
  5. Pour this mixture into a ziplock bag and then put pineapple slices in the bag as well and shake zip lock bag well.
  6. Put pineapple slices on the grill and grill for 2 to 5 minutes, each side

Second is my favorite, first of all, it’s way too easy and secondly, it’s amazing in taste and I’m not kidding, pound cakes are delicious and when they are grilled the person eating it goes speechless, try it yourself. World’s best recipe is given below-

 

Grilled pound cake

Ingredients-

  1. Pound cake pack
  2. Butter
  3. Red cherries
  4. Sugar
  5. Water
  6. Lime juice
  7. Corn starch
  8. cream

Directions-

  1. you need to preheat your grill and the heat must be at the medium level.
  2. Cut your pound cake, makes 6 to 8 slices.
  3. Melt butter

 My life is full of recipes not because anyone taught them to me but because I love learning new recipes and then sharing them and you know what? If any of your friends is going through a bad break up, make any of these 2 dishes for them this would help them recover as I said in the above paragraph food is amazing it can help anyone in this world and when it comes to heart breaks people tend to lose their inner peace and face emotional disbalance and I have experienced that food solves the problem and why won’t it? When we eat we tend to be happy and when we eat something that we love we tend to be happier, this theory great plus it is yummy, it is better than medicine I believe.

You be happy or sad you rush towards food, I personally eat a lot when it comes to being sad it’s like I get a license to eat as much as I can when I be sad and it’s not ice cream only you can crave for something else as well as I crave for yummy things apart from ice cream and i don’t mind if that yummy thing be healthy as well as when I be sad I eat till my tummy hurts so I believe whatever I eat it must be healthy as well and if you are like me who eats way too much when sad then you must try the recipe that I use to satisfy my needs. Ingredients required-

  1. Breasts
  2. Salt

Ingredients needed for salad-

  1. Romaine
  2. Tomatoes

Directions-

  1. The first thing that you need to do is to start seasoning breasts, for seasoning you would require chili powder, pepper, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and in the end you would require oregano.
  2. When you start cooking make sure you cook over medium heat and only for 10 minuter per side, once the temperature reaches 75 degrees C, remove breasts from heat.
  3. Use a knife to make pieces of chicken breasts.
  4. Take a large bowl and add salt, lemon juice, pepper, sour cream, and cilantro in it and mix all of these wells. You would require this mixture at the time of serving, keep is aside for now.
  5. Take a salad bowl and put romaine first and then other vegetables which are mentioned in the salad ingredient list
  6. On the top, it must be red onions.
  7. Put the dressing in the salad bowl, gently toss.
  8. Cut avocado into slices and tortilla strips
  9. Use tortilla strips and avocado slices to garnish.

I’m tired and I’m hungry, I don’t have much energy and I can’t eat something which isn’t yummy I really need something which tastes amazing and it’s 1 in the morning but I want something which is easy to make and doesn’t take much time. You know what? The answer is reverse sear steak, I love steak and they are really easy to make, you can make them whenever you feel hungry and to be honest I can’t live without meat. My parents, they are vegetarian but I m not and I don’t even like the concept of being a vegetarian now that I have shifted to my own flat I can eat meat all the time, I miss them but I love meat a lot and I love spicy, we don’t even need to add extra spice to steaks.

You will need-

  1. Rib eye steak
  2. top electric smoker recipes
  3. Pepper
  4. Salt

Directions-

  1. Sprinkle pepper and salt on your steak.
  2. Place your steak covered with pepper and salt, place it on the top of your smoker’s rack.
  3. Cover your rack with a layer of foil.
  4. The temperature must be 275 degrees and use a thermometer to check the internal temperature as it must be 125 degrees.
  5. Remove from your smoker and then let it rest for about 15 minutes.
  6. Take an iron skillet and put it over medium heat.
  7. Add oil to your skillet and put the hard sear side on the skillet.
  8. Remove it and serve it simply.

By the way, this paragraph is for all the vegetarian out there, you can make the same dish but in place of steak, you can use potatoes and soya. I don’t hate vegetarians, why would I? my entire family is full of vegetarians and when I write about steak I feel like writing about vegetables also so do one thing peel potatoes and place them in the place of steaks. You know steaks are great you guys should also try them I m not forcing but there is no harm in trying something new, by the way, you can add lemon juice to your recipe and with your potatoes use skewers, use the metal one because if you use bamboo one you would need to soak them and I don’t want to increase your workload.

Don’t put a lot of oil, use some oil not much not less. Heard about optimum level? Fair enough that’s the right amount of oil that you need to use, don’t forget to keep a check on the internal as well as on the external temperature. Temperature needs to be perfect because if it won’t be your food can either be overcooked or can be undercooked so make sure that the temperature stays perfect, just perfect and perfect amount of temperature is 250 degrees and the perfect internal temperature is 125 degrees.

My brother always runs away from vegetables and I be worried about his health, he knows that eating vegetables is important so I had to make him eat them because you can’t always survive on junk food, one day while surfing net I read about fun dishes with eggplants and I tried them on my brother without letting him know that what he is eating is full of proteins and to be honest today I m going to share his favorite dish with you guys so that you can make your kids eat them as well, health is way too important especially in today’s era where kids love junk food and they don’t eat healthy at all.

 

All the Ingredients needed-

  1. Garlic
  2. Lime juice
  3. Yogurt
  4. Salt
  5. Chickpeas
  6. Eggplant
  7. Olive oil
  8. Tortillas
  9. Tomato
  10. Oregano
  11. Cucumber
  12. Romaine

Directions-

  1. Start with heating your grill.
  2. Take a medium size bowl and then add lime juice in it, then grated garlic in it.
  3. Add yogurt, salt, and water into the mixture.
  4. Take a large bowl and put chickpeas in it. Put ¼ cup of yogurt sauce in the bowl, mix well.
  5. After mixing it just keep it aside.
  6. Take a brush and brush some oil on the eggplant
  7. Grilling time – grill your eggplant’s oiled side, once oiled put some salt on it and grill it.
  8. Turn occasionally
  9. Brush some oil on the top of the eggplant and put some salt on the oiled top side.
  10. Place your eggplant on a cutting board and chop it.
  11. Add the eggplant pieces to the mixture that you made, stir well.
  12. Spread yogurt sauce on tortillas sprinkle oregano.
  13. spread one cup of mixture on the wrap, on the top put some tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce and some salt.
  14. Fold the sides and roll it.

That’s all with the healthy wrap, actually healthy and tasty wrap. There is always a way to make others do what you want, with kids we always need to find new ways to make them eat. Making kids eat healthily is a big task but each and every difficult task has a way to make it easy. Whenever your kids refuse to eat healthy give your healthy dish a twist, twists are always fun not only for kids but for us as well. nowadays my brother keeps asking me to make this wrap for him, he loves it and not only him his friends to love eggplant wrap and they visit my place often so that they get to get eggplant wrap by the way they don’t know that the wrap is made up of eggplant, we can’t always be true to them if we are true they will stop eating. I don’t know why but kids hate healthy food they literally run away from healthy food.

I always feel like eating whether it be spicy or sweet but at times I don’t feel like eating a full course meal, I crave for some healthy snack at times and these days, a lot I can’t even explain to you that how much I crave for yummy plus healthy snacks it like at night I sit and be like I m hungry all though I eat proper dinner but as I work late night it is obviously that I would feel hungry so one day I kept thinking about it and then after 2 hours I realized that corns are amazing when you eat them you feel full from inside so I thought why not grill them so here is an amazing snack recipe for you and you can even serve it any party that you or your friends organize.

All the steps and ingredients required are mentioned below

Ingredients-

  1. Husked, corn ears
  2. Poblano chiles
  3. Scallions
  4. Garlic
  5. Crème Fraiche
  6. Sour cream
  7. Lemon juice
  8. Hot sauce
  9. Pepper
  10. Salt
  11. Corn chips

Directions –

  1. Heat your grill over medium heat.
  2. Time to grill corn, occasionally turn.
  3. Once grilled you need to cut kernels.
  4. Once done with grilling corn you need to grill chiles.
  5. Once blackened, transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic.
  6. Let them steam for at least 15 minutes
  7. Heat your oven to about 450 degrees.
  8. Clean chilies, by cleaning I m asking you to remove stems, skin, and seeds.
  9. Chop into ¼ pieces.
  10. Add the flesh pieces into the bowl.
  11. Stir garlic, sour cream, garlic, crème Fraiche, lime juice, sauce, pepper, and salt.
  12. Transfer it to a baking dish and bake for about 12 minutes.
  13. Drizzle some sauce over it, serve with corn chips.

That’s all with the snack, you know you can’t cook in the middle of the night but you can use your microwave to warm your food. You can simply make it and keep it in your fridge and eat it in the middle of the night, I always do this and this makes my life easy. I m a night person, I be up in the night and then keep craving for the yummy stuff. I love this idea of making snacks which make you feel full from within I can eat chips or something else but I m very much health conscious, I don’t like much of junk food maybe you do but it’s not good to eat junk all the time but you can eat something which is healthy and yummy as well. This world is full of junk food but it is also full of healthy plus yummy food it all depends on how you look at things. I love being healthy I hope you do too and stop thinking that healthy food can’t be tasty if you doubt it then you must use the recipe mentioned above and I can bet that you would soon fall in love with healthy food.
