Grilled corn and Chile dip

I always feel like eating whether it be spicy or sweet but at times I don’t feel like eating a full course meal, I crave for some healthy snack at times and these days, a lot I can’t even explain to you that how much I crave for yummy plus healthy snacks it like at night I sit and be like I m hungry all though I eat proper dinner but as I work late night it is obviously that I would feel hungry so one day I kept thinking about it and then after 2 hours I realized that corns are amazing when you eat them you feel full from inside so I thought why not grill them so here is an amazing snack recipe for you and you can even serve it any party that you or your friends organize.

All the steps and ingredients required are mentioned below


  1. Husked, corn ears
  2. Poblano chiles
  3. Scallions
  4. Garlic
  5. Crème Fraiche
  6. Sour cream
  7. Lemon juice
  8. Hot sauce
  9. Pepper
  10. Salt
  11. Corn chips

Directions –

  1. Heat your grill over medium heat.
  2. Time to grill corn, occasionally turn.
  3. Once grilled you need to cut kernels.
  4. Once done with grilling corn you need to grill chiles.
  5. Once blackened, transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic.
  6. Let them steam for at least 15 minutes
  7. Heat your oven to about 450 degrees.
  8. Clean chilies, by cleaning I m asking you to remove stems, skin, and seeds.
  9. Chop into ¼ pieces.
  10. Add the flesh pieces into the bowl.
  11. Stir garlic, sour cream, garlic, crème Fraiche, lime juice, sauce, pepper, and salt.
  12. Transfer it to a baking dish and bake for about 12 minutes.
  13. Drizzle some sauce over it, serve with corn chips.

That’s all with the snack, you know you can’t cook in the middle of the night but you can use your microwave to warm your food. You can simply make it and keep it in your fridge and eat it in the middle of the night, I always do this and this makes my life easy. I m a night person, I be up in the night and then keep craving for the yummy stuff. I love this idea of making snacks which make you feel full from within I can eat chips or something else but I m very much health conscious, I don’t like much of junk food maybe you do but it’s not good to eat junk all the time but you can eat something which is healthy and yummy as well. This world is full of junk food but it is also full of healthy plus yummy food it all depends on how you look at things. I love being healthy I hope you do too and stop thinking that healthy food can’t be tasty if you doubt it then you must use the recipe mentioned above and I can bet that you would soon fall in love with healthy food.
