Rainbow grilled chicken salad

You be happy or sad you rush towards food, I personally eat a lot when it comes to being sad it’s like I get a license to eat as much as I can when I be sad and it’s not ice cream only you can crave for something else as well as I crave for yummy things apart from ice cream and i don’t mind if that yummy thing be healthy as well as when I be sad I eat till my tummy hurts so I believe whatever I eat it must be healthy as well and if you are like me who eats way too much when sad then you must try the recipe that I use to satisfy my needs. List of ingredients is mentioned below-

 

Ingredients required-

  1. Breasts
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Cumin
  5. Chili powder
  6. Olive oil
  7. Oregano
  8. Garlic powder

Ingredients needed for salad-

  1. Romaine
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Red onion
  4. Corn
  5. Jalapeno
  6. Cilantro

Ingredients for dressing-

  1. Sour cream
  2. Pepper
  3. Salt
  4. Lemon juice
  5. Cilantro

Ingredients required for garnishing-

  1. Tortilla strips
  2. Avocado

Directions-

  1. The first thing that you need to do is to start seasoning breasts, for seasoning you would require chili powder, pepper, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and in the end you would require oregano.
  2. When you start cooking make sure you cook over medium heat and only for 10 minuter per side, once the temperature reaches 75 degrees C, remove breasts from heat.
  3. Use a knife to make pieces of chicken breasts.
  4. Take a large bowl and add salt, lemon juice, pepper, sour cream, and cilantro in it and mix all of these wells. You would require this mixture at the time of serving, keep is aside for now.
  5. Take a salad bowl and put romaine first and then other vegetables which are mentioned in the salad ingredient list
  6. On the top, it must be red onions.
  7. Put the dressing in the salad bowl, gently toss.
  8. Cut avocado into slices and tortilla strips
  9. Use tortilla strips and avocado slices to garnish.
